Do the TPL venues have accessibility and services for patrons with a disability?

Each TPL venue will have accessibility services for patrons with a disability. For further information, please contact the TPL event host centre for any clarifications required.

Are pets allowed in the centre?

No, unless the animal is a registered support animal. Procedures exist for handlers to identify themselves as a person accompanied by a certified guide, hearing or assistance dog, and also for approved trainers, when working with the person and the trainee support dog. Please visit the relevant state or territory Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs federations for more information.

What food and drink will be available at the event?

There will be food and drink available at the event of the centres café or restaurant area.

Are bags permitted in the centre?

Yes, backpack bags are permitted, bags larger than a standard backpack are not permitted.

Is there an Uber/Taxi drop off at the venue?

An Uber/Taxi drop off area will be implemented at each TPL venue.

Is parking available at the TPL venues?

This will depend on the venue. Please check with the host TPL venue for any clarification required.

Can I smoke at the TPL venue?

No smoking will be allowed in any centre but designated areas outside will be provided.

Will there be merchandise available to purchase at events?

Merchandise will be available at each TPL event.

Am I allowed to bring food and drink to the TPL venue?

No. Food and beverage options, including alcohol will be available for purchase at the TPL host venue.

What will happen to my tickets if the event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, you will be updated via email on your cancellation refund.

When will I receive my tickets?

The tickets will be emailed to you immediately after purchase, you can save your tickets on your phone using the Intix App.

Do I have to print the emailed tickets?

You can print the tickets, or save the PDF to your phone or connect to your Intix Account via the APP.

I am having problems accessing my tickets – who do I call?

Where are my tickets now that I have purchased them?

The easiest way to get your tickets is through the INTIX app. Can’t find them, having trouble printing, or not sure if you have an INTIX account? Just enter your email address at account.intix.com. Will I need to be vaccinated to enter the event?

Please check with the relevant state or territory COVID government guidelines to understand the expectations.

Does my child need a ticket?

Yes, all children need a ticket, children under 5 years of age are free.

Will I receive a receipt for my ticket?

Yes.

Is parking included in my ticket cost?

Yes.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?

Eight.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes, and you can forward tickets to other people.

Can I purchase tickets at the TPL venue?

Yes.

Can I request a companion ticket if I apply for an Accessibility Ticket?

Yes, if you purchase a ticket and require an additional companion/carers ticket, please email tplinfo@tenpin.org.au

What is the Tenpin Premier League and why was it created?

The Tenpin Premier League is Australia’s new annual elite competition for Tenpin Bowling. The TPL will showcase the sport of Tenpin Bowling to Australia like never before. The TPL is for the Australian public to not only continue to promote the game and for families to continue to flood into tenpin bowling centres across the country, but also for the wider population to see the sport for what it is- a global and entertaining sport played by highly skilled elite level athletes.

Who are the bowlers that participate in the TPL?

The TPL will feature the biggest names the sport has in the country.

The inaugural 2022 season will be an invite only to selected talent that exists within Tenpin Bowling Australia’s National Training Squad’s or identified talent sitting out of the NTS. It is vital that the best bowlers are showcased to the country to demonstrate the high skill the elite level athletes possess and inspire expanded participation in the sport.

What are the social platforms for the TPL?

Will bowlers collect points on a player points table?

Yes, a points system will be implemented for each season of the TPL. More details of this will be released closer to the first event.

Will the TPL run in future years at more venues?

The future of TPL is extremely exciting. In the future, other venues will join the schedule. The possibilities are endless and exciting with potential capability to link TPL selections to TBA’s National Ranked events and other qualification events.
