Tickets to the first-ever Tenpin Premier League (TPL) event, the Wodonga Classic, are on sale.

Thanks to support from the Victorian Government, the Wodonga Classic will see Australia’s best and brightest talent including Bec Whiting, Adam Hayes and Jarrod Langford fighting it out to create history.

Tenpin Bowling Australia CEO Rohan O’Neill said he was looking forward to the inaugural TPL event taking place from 3-4 September.

It will be great to see the Tenpin Premier League (TPL) come to life next month,” he said. “We’ve already seen great interest from the players and Australian tenpin bowling community ahead of the Wodonga Classic so it will be an exciting event to be part of.”

Whiting, a 2019 World Cup champion, says it’s great to have an opportunity like TPL.

“It’s an exciting time for tenpin bowling in Australia…we have the chance to bring tenpin bowling to the attention of the wider community in a new, fun and exciting way,” she said.

“It’s a great step for tenpin bowling in Australia and I can’t wait to be part of it and hopefully have success along the journey too.”
